Shipping Policy

Sparnext offers free shipping on all purchases with full tracking and security protection—no spending threshold applies.

How Orders Are Processed
Your order will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, not including holidays). A confirmation message will be sent to your email right after you submit your order.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your package leaves our facility, expect delivery within 4–14 business days based on where you live. The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate and should not be considered binding.

Your Tracking Details
We'll send you a tracking number via email when your shipment goes out. Keep in mind that the tracking system may take 2–3 business days to register the first scan after your order ships.

Modifying or Canceling Orders & Fixing Your Address
To request a shipping address change or cancel before dispatch, reach out to contact@sparnext.com right away. Modifications are generally possible prior to shipment, but cannot be made after the package has left our facility.

What Happens With Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
We cannot be held accountable for delivery failures or missing shipments that result from inaccurate or incomplete address details submitted by you. Should a package be returned to us because of an address mistake, we'll get in touch with you to work out a new shipment.

Packages That Are Taking Longer Than Expected
Should your tracking information remain unchanged for more than 7 business days, please get in touch with us so we can file a carrier inquiry on your behalf.

Items That Arrive Broken or Go Missing
In the event that your package is damaged when it arrives or disappears during shipping, reach out to us immediately at contact@sparnext.com with your order number (and photographs if the item is damaged). We'll send you a replacement item or process a refund for you.
