Returning Items Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return it. Your items must not have been used, should look like new, and must come back with their original packaging and all included parts.
No Charge for Return Shipping
Returning items won't cost you anything. Just email us to get started, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your return.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- Files and other digital downloads
- Present cards and vouchers
- Items made specifically for you or built to order
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and check your returned item, we process your refund within 10 business days. The money goes back to whichever card or account you used to pay originally.
What to Do If Your Refund Hasn't Arrived
Haven't seen your refund yet? Try these steps:

- Reach out to your card issuer to ask about it

Getting a Replacement Instead
Received something broken or damaged? We'll send you a new one right away. Send an email with your order details and pictures showing the problem, and we'll take it from there.
